[AUDIO] Texas Hemp Temporary Injunction Hearing | Day Three

Day three of a Travis County court hearing over new hemp rules in Texas included testimony from the state's lone witness: Dr. Timothy Stevenson with the Department of State Health Services.

After Dr. Stevenson, both sides made closing arguments and the judge said she would rule "in short order."

The next morning, Judge Daniella DeSeta Lyttle issued a temporary injunction granting the plaintiffs virtually everything they asked for.
