Austin police may now arrest someone for possession of Delta-8 based only on the label on the packaging.

The policy also cuts the other direction. Cannabis flower or concentrate with a label showing it's under 0.3% Delta-9 THC generally won't be seized.

Worth noting these policies are not universal across Texas police departments!
